Attorney Steven Kish gave a great presentation on ESI discovery to the Eighth Judicial District Court’s Business Bench Bar meeting today. He alerted attendees to the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware’s default standard for discovery of electronically stored information (see below). The Sedona Conference also publishes a series of articles on best discovery practices, including dozens on eDiscovery. These are great resources with which attorneys engaging in eDiscovery should be familiar.
