DIRECTION AGAINST IMPUTATION OF DRIVER’S NEGLIGENCE TO PLAINTIFF-PASSENGER

The negligence, if any, of the driver of the vehicle in which the plaintiff was a passenger may not be imputed to the plaintiff.
